The staff were friendly and helpful. Luis at the front desk offered a warm welcome and excellent tips. I found great food options very close to the hotel. The location offered easy access to major attractions and public transportation.

the staff really outdid themselves i found them always smiling and friendly they remembered my face and room number too when i walked in they already had everything on hand i even asked for a room with a bigger bed and they arranged everything for the second night it was the best and easiest stay i've ever had. i will definitely come back. the location was great it's the perfect place to stay to visit the city staff helped me with reservations and restaurants. i loved that they helped me with taxi rides and sightseeing. it was an all around good experience. the room was super clean and modern with all the amenities i could ask for
everything was amazing there but i have to question the woman working in the dining room as she wasn't very helpful when i wanted to know if i could order food at the pool from the bar she said no and told me i couldn't take out food from the restaurant to the pool

i found the staff attentive and helpful they offered prompt assistance with all my requests the reception was available 24/7 too and the concierge provided great local recommendations and directions. the breakfast service was excellent.

honestly, the room was quite small. it lacked toiletries. the rooftop was unavailable because the hotel hosted some private event. customer service felt pretty standard, especially considering what i paid.

i found the location advantageous, especially for accessing main shopping streets. bakeries and restaurants were also nearby. the hop-on and off bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel.
